Based on real events, Isle of Good Hope is an inspiring story about the power of solitude, perseverance, dreams, getting out into nature, father-son relationships and letting go. During a pandemic, the protagonist decides to voluntarily quarantine himself on a tiny deserted island in Lake Tisza. On the island is a small hut that he built with his father years before, but their dream could not be completed because the father died in the meantime.
