ActuallyLike should make choosing a movie easier. These terms keep the product and its community usable for everyone.

You must be at least 16 and able to agree to these terms. Keep your account secure and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
Your content
You keep ownership of reviews, profile images, and lists you submit. You grant ActuallyLike a limited, worldwide license to host, display, reproduce, and moderate that content only as needed to operate and promote the service. You can delete your content or account.
Community conduct
Do not post unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexually exploitative, violent, deceptive, privacy-invasive, or spam content. Mark spoilers. Do not scrape private data, evade access controls, automate abusive traffic, or interfere with the service.
Predictions and third-party information
Predicted scores are personalized estimates, not guarantees. Movie ratings, availability, credits, and other third-party information can be delayed or inaccurate. Verify streaming availability with the provider before purchasing or subscribing.
Moderation
We may remove content, limit features, or suspend accounts when reasonably necessary for safety, legal compliance, or product integrity. Reports are reviewed in context; submitting a report does not guarantee removal.
Availability and liability
The service is provided as available and may change. To the extent permitted by law, ActuallyLike is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
