On the wedding day of Taraneh and Saeed, Parviz, a former friend of Taraneh, calls her and demands twenty thousand tomans in return for her souvenir photos and letters. Taraneh asks Atefeh, the wife of his brother Iraj (Manochehar Vathouq), to deliver the money to Parviz in the north.
