Shalom the Interpreter

An American tourist and his daughter, Betty, arrive in Alexandria, where they meet Shalom, a lottery-ticket vendor who pretends to be an interpreter despite knowing no English. Mistaking him for a genuine translator, the tourist and his daughter hire Shalom as their guide.
