In the town of Mills Valley the residents are in a tizzy over the erection of a statue. Jay and Bonnie, two students from the local schoolhouse are following the action with their video camera when it is revealed that the proposed statue is to be built in the image of Jay's great grandfather, the Honourable Adam Miller.
