# Behind the Face The story follows Nadia (Diana Danielle) who wakes up from a coma after being involved in a terrible car accident and subsequently undergoing facial surgery. Without any memory of her past and unable to remember who she truly is, Nadia is haunted by illusions and phone calls from a mysterious voice ordering her to kill her own husband, Amir Hisyam (Aliff Aziz), who is an heir to a leading real estate development company in Malaysia.
