Australian based Lucky has no interest whatsoever in his dad's, Virendra Kapoor's business in India. Saba Karim Shah, however, does have an interest in the property of Mr. Kapoor, but Mr. Kapoor is not willing to sell. Saba Karim has Mr. Kapoor killed, and makes it look like an accident.
