A night of violence in the Medina (old city) of Tunis. A young prostitute is raped by a gang of misfits. To get revenge, she will have Stoufa, the only one who had defended her, almost massacred. In a world of wolves, the gentlest are the ones who pay and, like the victim of a sacrifice, the young man ends up by taking on the guilt of all the others.
