The film tells the story of a love affair between a doctor and his patient. Gönül is a model at a fashion house. At the insistence of her fiancé Haluk, she starts working with advertising executive Kazım. Kazım has his eye on the young woman. During a yacht trip, he agrees with Haluk and rapes Gönül.
