The film tells the story of a police officer who pursues a gang involved in drug trafficking. Ali Cengiz is called to Istanbul to take over a drug trafficking operation. The only person who knows the details of the case is murdered on the evening he is supposed to meet with Ali Cengiz. The young police officer begins to follow the trail with the limited information he has. His suspicions lead him to Kenan, the casino owner. However, he has no evidence. Selma, the daughter of the murdered commissioner, is trying to find clues among the papers left behind by her father.
