Cingöz Recai, recently released from prison, plans a new robbery. Together with his men, he robs the house of merchant Selim Bey. Upon learning of the robbery, Commissioner Mehmet Rıza goes after Recai. During the robbery, Recai takes a liking to Selim Bey's stepdaughter, Selma.
