Seo Eun-Chae

Seo Eun Chae is the first runner-up in the 2009 Miss International Beauty Pageant, held in Chengdu, China. She also won the Miss Photogenic award at the same beauty pageant. At the time, she went under her birth name Seo Eun Mi.
